Courtesy Calls

When you call In Bloom Flowers you trust that we will deliver the product you ordered, in good condition.  Will your recipient tell you if the arrangement is not to their liking?  Maybe, maybe not.  Will they tell us if there’s a problem?  Yes!  The recipient of every local delivery that we make to a residence or business receives a Courtesy Call.  If they are not happy with what they received, we will replace it for them. 


Reminder Program

Have you ever forgotten an important birthday or anniversary?  We want you to be a hero, not a heel.  With our reminder program, you’ll never miss another birthday or anniversary again.  We will call to remind you of birthdays and anniversaries, as well as sending a post card and email reminder. 


Electronic Delivery Confirmation

With our BloomerMail service, we send you email confirmation of local deliveries as well as a confirmation when your out-of-town orders have been completed.  The positive response to this program has been tremendous.


Re-deliveries at no extra charge

If we find that your floral recipient is not home, we do our best to leave the flowers with a neighbor so they can be received in a timely manner.   If that is not possible, we will bring them back to the store for re-delivery at the recipient’s convenience.  We want the delivery to be fresh and beautiful.  For that reason, we do not leave flowers or plants outside the home.


Good Neighbor Card

If a neighbor is nice enough to let us leave a delivery with them, they receive a coupon for a free solo bouquet.


Replacement policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you or your recipient is not happy with what we’ve delivered, we will replace the product – free of charge.
